Fred, thanks for the kudos. This is really a product of our staff working together on this series. Fasting is something we have come to realize most Christ-followers in our tradition neglect. We hope to help revive the practice.

Seriously, this is a great blog entry. Fasting is as much worship as singing Passion or Hillsong! It's a discipline most of us hate, and don't practice nearly enough. Food has such a dramatic pull on us.
